I reckon it could be a seasonal thing. Where so many ponies start wearing genital jewellery that ponies going "all natural" is rare and becomes the new trend. LAnd sikemilar to clothes it would certainly be regional where city ponies are more trendy and wear more clothes while rural areas like ponyville are usually just full nude. The way Dosh draws mares they certainly look wonderful either way x3
