I would say she is a Mix of Scootaloo (Colors) and Twilight.
Sunny has something similar with Chrysalis, both are called Alicorns, even both are no full Alicorns.
Crysalis is an Insect-Pony with Horn and Wings (but is called in the Show a Pegacorn by Pinkyie) and Sunnys Horn and Wings are just magical Constructs (like the Butterfly Wings Rarity had in one Episode), but not Part of her Body like Twilights.
Even possible the Unity Crystals are the restored Elements of Harmony.
