U cant use a one off episode to imply discord doesn't care about fluttershy, because of the different writers in that case i can use plenty of episodes with the mane six to imply that they don't care about the other or whatever which is often done with rainbow to say she isn't loyal. U have to average it out and saying he cares about fluttershy more than anything else is undeniable.
