This be from the printed copy of the book. Shame we won't see some of that for the sequels. Second got hated on for changing scope and then people were just passe when the third sequel shrank it back down. Never write/draw/create for your refaderns, folks, they don't know what they want most of the time. Create for yourself and hopefully they'll come along for the ride.
