Indeed, there are very many towns and even countries we never got to see. Trottingham, Vanhoover (of that one I drew a [map](https://www.deviantart.com/malte279/art/Vanhoover-Map-and-explanations-637015023) a long time ago), Baltimare, Fillydelphia, Saddle Arabia, Maretonia... the list goes on.
ON the pro side it leaves a lot for us to imagine and do worldbuilding with :)
