Yes, it's technically possible but a pony mod would require thousands of models - at least a dozen species with dozens of hairstyles each, accessories. And that's if they're rigid models with identical heights, weights, faces, eye shapes. There's a [pony 'The Sims' project](https://theponies.org/) in the works and they have all of two moldable models atm, and that's probably where they'll stop.
