Now that I think about it, I do remember encountering someone who complained about modern 3D Mario games having live orchestral soundtracks like in the Galaxy games & Odyssey, claiming that Mario games shouldn't use live orchestral osts & that it doesn't belong in the Mario series, saying things like "This is Mario! Not Star Wars!"
