Karen's quest is to speak to every manager that ever was, is, and will be. Only upon the Heat Death of the universe will she have done so, for there are no more managers to speak to, except one: The Great Manager in the Sky, to which she will complain that he/she did a really awful job with the universe. And then, Karen can finally rest.
