My best guess is that someone else in the MLP community made an edited image of Applejack with the Huawei logo used as her cutie mark, and this is just RainbowEevee's way of reacting to that. As to why the original edit was made to begin with, I don't have the slightest clue.
Edit: While I still don't know for certain, I have a theory why the edit was made. Applejack's cutie mark is literally 3 apples, so the original edit was probably made to establish 'Huawei superiority' over Apple.
