I mean, there's also ambergris (whale bile that is pooped out) that was used in perfume, Kopi luwak coffee (which is partially digested coffee beans pooped out by a civet), to say nothing of milk/cheese/butter, the aforementioned honey, maple syrup (tree blood), and all the wonderful cornucopia of strange substances_*within_* animals and plants that we take in while we eat them.
