Hard to say, but Luna has more Game & Watch units. (Including the Popeye, Snoopy Tennis, & Mickey Mouse ones.) In fact, Celestia was mad she dipped into the royal treasury to bid on them on "E-Neigh."
She probably has all the Amiibo too, including the Animal Crossing figures & cards. She still holds a grudge that Gamer Chrysalis tried to steal her Tom Nook.
