I wasn't completely clear about what I'm trying to list here. I'm trying to list all Derpibooru tags displayed in light blue / cyan on Derpibooru, which is all those considered as character rather than as original character, this is why I started listing characters from out of the show. -- I admit this is somewhat unexpected in a post thread.
I've ended up asking the mods and I've got the list in a pastebin. It turns out it contains more than 2400 tags, so I'd still be writing the tag list if using my first approach. The list is available here:"[listing-tags-by-category":](https://derpibooru.org/tagging/listing-tags-by-category/).
About the developers adding a functionality, I got bored of my afternoon and decided to write a script myself to crawl all pages of@`/tags@` and sort the tags into their respective category. Go to the forum thread linked above if you are interested.

I had a hard time finding that one but I guess you are referring to"[evil pie hater dash":](/tags/evil+pie+hater+dash) -- maybe the tag was renamed.
