I would consider Gabby to be "No. 3" because she is too soft and cheery (like Pinkie Pie). Above her would be Gallus for being a relatable guy, and I would consider Gilda to be "No. 1" for being awesome and amusing.
 
In short, I consider Gallus to be "second best", or "silver winner", below "golden" Gilda.
