you sure to me the tone celestia used when discord was first pappered and how does she know discord can be reformed again just because you don't see it does not mean it did not happen
 
edit: oh my did i forget to say that in discord's first appearance he said to celestia that he forgot how grim she can be it's was really quite boring to me they did have a past and they seem to enjoy each other but then something happened
