I read in the description of 1 of these that Twilight had to research a spell to change him back. I think that should've actually been said in the story because Twilight just says in the beginning that she's working on a gender swap spell, so one would assume that because the spell worked, it's complete, so she can just change him back, so it feels weird that no one in the story is thinking to ask her to change him back, so the reader is left thinking it. A line about how she only has 1 half of the spell so far or /it's specifically a male>female spell would've fixed it, and that didn't have to be stated before but could've been said in the part after he wakes up in her lab. It's never stated in the story that he has to stay like this for the time being. You shouldn't have to read things outside the pages to fully understand what's going on; everything should be explained within the pages.
