Hmm... I have some constructive criticisms, though not sure how to say them without just redlining it...
Not a lot, though. Maybe just something about the general shape of one of the lines on the diaper. Perhaps the line on the left, but only below the landing zone bowing outwards a bit to give the impression of a plushy diaper.
It's really good, though, and you've definitely drawn a lot of ponies before to draw them this well, especially at this angle. Fantastic idea on the angle, too. I'm a bit jealous I didn't think of it, hah. The way she's leaning forward and how she's on one fronthoof just positioned so as to not block the view of the diaper...
