I believe "pegasi" is correct. Pinkie one said "pegasususus," but that was obviously played for laughs. ^~also, the transcript keeps capitalizing "pegasi" even though it doesn't capitalize "unicorns" or "earth ponies." Faulty autocorrect, I'd wager.~^
