On the contrary I adore Thorax, and his being the cutest male character to grace the show. Hell, I like this show _*because_* of the cute things. World is depressing as shit man, fill it up with diabeetus.

I was just making a point that, by himself, Thorax's way of leading isn't stable (and is the exact opposite of how Chrysalis ruled). He's great at focusing on the delicate, personal relations side of things, but lacks in regiment, organization, strength, etc. That's the whole purpose of Pharynx's character, to counter balance what Thorax lacks.
