So in order for her to have a child, she needs changeling Royal Jelly, which I imagine is very hard to come by if you aren't a changeling queen or one of their direct servants.


 
On the other hand, if she does somehow get enough, and she has a child, her child would be a Queen. She'd have a lot of explaining to do for Mako, though, considering the baby would obviously be a changeling, and as far as Mako knows so far, neither of them is.


 
I think the next question to ask would be the youngest age at which a changeling can effectively disguise itself, since that seems relevant.
