Eh who cares, the "white flash" is literally the first frame of your gif, i dumped that out.
I then rerendered your gif and made my own modifications to lower its filesize while keeping quality.
I also lowered the insane framerate while lowering the speed to keep the smooth nature but dump excessive frames
(220 frames seriously?)
The finished modified gif clocks in at 8.81MB
