Snips and Snails brought an ursa minor into Ponyville, and were punished by being given fake mustaches.
 
Trixie took over Ponyville using dark magic, and didn't receive any on-screen punishment.
 
Fluttershy kept parasprites because she thought they were cute, thus thwarting her friends attempts to coral them. Due to Twilight's later attempts to magically manipulate them, this indirectly led to incredible levels of damage done to Ponyville.
