First of all, calling me a dick is offensive towards dicks.
 
Second of all, you're complaining about an insult from a random drawfag who draws porn of magical cartoon horses, most of which are compared to kids (foalcon is a thing).
 
If you cannot differentiate between autism and autism, or cancer and cancer, you probably shouldn't be browsing the web. Also i suggest you to search autism here, that tag contain some more juicy examples...
