while I agree it’s gratifying when she proves them wrong outside of the evil jewelry instant (which I remind she was under influence of dark magic) I really don’t see what the problem anybody would have with her is. if it’s about Boasting then it needs to be pointed out that that’s basically her job

It’s one of the reasons I like Trixie. She can’t get away with nuthin and this is the way the people she hurt should treat her, with caution and a touch of contempt.
 
It makes it all the more gratifying when she proves them wrong, or overcomes her own petty, egocentric nature.
