It's all a question of whether it's a problem. In the past, when people have uploaded images a minute for an hour straight they've been asked to stop. In other cases, 100 images a day is no problem because the site was swimming in other kinds of posts and they didn't even really show up by comparison.
It all depends on what else is going on. So, it's hard to say "what is too much".
But, if we start getting reports, or if one of us notices that the entire front page is one person's uploads, then that is a **problem**. In this case, it had risen to **problem** levels and we were peeling back the layers of who the uploader was and looking for Rule #3 pr Rule #6 problems, but as we were talking about what if anything should be done, they stopped.
Problem solved.
