I think it's far more likely that the schedule was just wrong. It's possible I guess but it feels to me to be a bit unlikely that this is right and not just some stupid oversight on Tiny Pop's part.
 
Edit: I mean if tiny pop can not actually show this episode at all why even bother scheduling it anyway.
