I was literally the most bullied person in my school, I know what it's like, thank you very much. And no, I don't care if they call me what they used to call me, because at least I can get over something. I stopped caring about trivial shit that doesn't matter, and I'm pretty sure a lot of other people did too. Rainbow Dash was oblivious to it being a term of endearment, making the whole plot of the episode down to her ineptitude to take a joke.
Not to mention, the whole "changing personalities" thing was really forced in. Yes in order to stand out from the crowd, you need to be the exact copy of someone else, good job. I don't know how she managed to get to that conclusion, unless it's literally just her being stupid again.
I can kind of see where her worry is coming from, but her solution to it just made no sense. It felt really forced.
