MGTOW started out with good intentions, then it became the male version of Feminism.
 
Just take every shitty thing Feminists say, flip out the word ‘men’ with ‘women’. That’s what that movement became, sadly.
 
Stuff like this is why I try to keep the hell away from ideological movements, especially political ones. They always skew towards the crazies over time.

I found this term, anarcho-primitivism and found a reddit post about it, sharing it here, because it floors me when I think about it.
 
The question was, why they’re using technology to advertise their anti-technology position and want to go back to the stone age?  
this is an answer.  
I use Reddit to connect to like-minded people, because urban civilization isolates people form another. If I go to the nearest square in my town and shout out my mating cry people sitting in their apartments behind concrete facades or driving by in their SUVs won’t hear it. Once I have created my tribe and tore down unsustainable infrastructure around me, I will leave both my underwear AND Reddit behind. ;)
 
I mean, this is marvelous and brilliant logic to me, a fellow Comrade even congratulated this show of pure genius. He uses technology to bring people together, to form a tribe, because technology is the thing that has separated and isolated us all.
 
 
can anyone elucidate me on this, is all this some kind of elaborate trolling?  
I need to know, I need help with understanding what this part of humanity means, what are we doing on this planet, what is this life we’re living even?

Human social contact is pretty damn important in human lives and in modern society, social contact is dominated and controlled by technology and modern institutions
 
Criticism of technology and modern institutions isn’t anything new, Rousseau effectively done the same thing way back in the enlightenment times  
The difference is that Anprims view rewilding as the answer while Rousseau(while writing the second discourse at least) viewed a Democratic state as the “solution”(it is way more complicated than that but for simplicity say I’ll reduce it to that)
