I remember encountering this rhetoric of 'I don't see the brony fandom everywhere, therefore it must be dead!' like 5 years ago, when the show was coming to an end. And it's like...just because it's not the biggest thing in the world anymore, it doesn't mean it's gone. Like people seem incapable of understanding that fandoms tend to hit all-time peak numbers, and then slowly decrease over the years. *Rick and Morty* isn't as popular now as it was during the time of Season 3 aieringa, is that suddenly a dead fandom?
