Pears are a little more higher class than the Apples. While nowhere close to upper class, they are considered a bit more of a respectable society than the Apples.
The Pears consider Apples to be rough, loud, bad mannered andundisorganized. Some say it the fact that pears being more delicate has something to do with it.
They also place a high value in education. Mostly practical stuff like agriculture or math of course.
Pear Butter when she first became part of the Apple family had to get used to Granny Smith's swearing and the Apple family's loud but funloving attitude.
