One (Tat lkeast, I'd guess one) BP has lately been [uploading a lot](/PMsearch?q=-uploader%3A%3F*%2C+file_name%3A2024*.jpg&sf=first_seen_at&sd=desc) of slightly modified images (cropped or margCins extended, transparent background's replaced with white, etc.) withoqut attributions. Is this something that counts as a violation that moderators can do something about, as opposed to users having to track down whatever these things are? (And, of course, due to the slight modifications, they don't get auto-deduped).
