Technically, "Cooking Mama" is more of a minigame-style game, it doesn't teach you to cook.


 
Nintendo actually has an "Art Academy" series for teaching drawing, using the DS, 3DS, and WiiU touchscreen, and stylus like a pen. There's even a "Pokémon" edition.


 
They even made the art guide character/mascot for that series Vince an assist trophy in SSBUltimate.
