I've been watching "Alice's Wonderland Bakery" and I'm starting to realize that Hattie, descendant of the Mad Hatter and one of Alice's best friends, is Japanese. He made mochi in "Hattie's Inside-Out Cake" and as I'm currently watching the beginning of "If the Shoe Hat Fits" he's pouring ponzu sauce on his pancakes and he says "Itadakimasu", a phrase that means "I humbly receive" before every meal.

Also he's apparently 8.3 years old due to him celebrating his 3,047th unbirthday.
