Yeah. Rose would have worked better if we saw how bad it was in other places.
Rose would also have worked better if he fit more into the entertainment theme of the game and instead of the energy crisis it was more for his own sake. Making trainers who sign with him shine while squashing the career of those who refused. Also throw in not only Bede being manipulated but also have Team Yell being framed and tricked by him and the third legendary being something to show his cash cow Leon’s power. Swordbert and Shieldbert could also fit in as a case as someone who was benefiting from him.
