Suprisingly for you, lawsuits are based on who is right and who is wrong. There are gouverment organizations which are ment to protect the workers, and they do a damn fine good job of it. Every company does crunch time. If CDPR does some things that are concidered as inhumane treating of thier workers, they would have been sued. Yet they weren't. You can blame them for anything. Making boring games. Miliking someone elses idea. Not dealing well with people owning the franchise trademark, but you cannot blame them for something that comes from anonymous source, that noone has decided to take to court.
