In the context of the scene: Otako and Galko are going to visit their rich as hell friend Ojou. Otako is worried because she, while her period just ended, she thinks it might still happen while she’s over at Ojou’s place. Otako visualizes a scene of Ojou finding out that her period is still going and so bluntly (Ojou is an airhead) presents a vault’s worth of expensive period products to her.
 
In the context of the show: The shows talks about stuff like that all the time. Period panties, inverted nipples, koncho (stupid kids game where you poke someone up the butt), etc. The show is about Galko, Otako, and Ojou just shooting the shit about different topic and many of them are about the female body; either discussing facts or debunking misconceptions and rumors.

Yup all their names are based around who they are, but part of the show is going against stereotypes. The main character may dress like a slur but many people in the show learn just how wrong that assumption is.

Huh. Apprently Sword Art Online is a harem anime, at least according to what I just heard?
 
I never knew this. Maybe I should actually watch it sometime.

It’s not worth it. Sword Art Online is shit. Like, there is NOTHING good about that show save for the animation. It’s like a less interesting version of .Hack. And .Hack was pretty boring as it is.

I do have standards, but I think I should see it for myself as someone who legit enjoys the genre.
 
Then again, it’s an A-1 anime, and my experiences with that studio have been…less than stellar.

They aired it over here but I wasn’t interested in watching it so I can’t confirm how many potential love interests the main protag have to qualify as harem anime.

How good are the fight scenes in Darker Than Black?

The fight scenes are generally good and Darker than Black as a whole is generally good. But it sucks after the first 14 episodes. And the weird part is those episodes had that kickass opening “Howling” and once they replaced that OP, Darker than Black started to suck.

What sorta pisses me off though, is that the thread I found this on quickly devolved into arguments about either how sexist Kill la Kill is or Goku VS Saitama BS.

Apparently FLCL is getting not one, but two more new seasons

I want to finish up the Rozen Maiden series by April 7th. That way my slate will be clear when the first anime of the season that truly interests me begins to air.
 

 
But, since I’m sure I’ll need something to keep me occupied between episodes, I’m thinking of finishing up Sakurasou post-Rozen Maiden and then moving on to Lucky Star. While I watched the godawful first 10 minutes of the first episode, I hear too many good things about it to not want to give it another go. Plus, the girls in it are all so unf~
