I don’t see how that would’ve been a far-fetched conclusion for many of Zurg’s incarnations (before the “I am your father” thing).

If Zurg was voiced by Wayne Knight I’d have the slightest urge to see Lightyear.

More probably would have went if Tim Alan was Buzz, that’s just the honest truth. They should have tried to emulate the 90’s sci-fi action of Buzz rising the ranks of Star command to command his own ship and crew of space police, in stead it looked very modern.

It seemed like the typical “Earth goes into space” movie, and from reviews sounded very depressing. Any good reviews just mention the cat, much like with another space-themed movie.

The cat’s design is boring and trailers didn’t endear me to him.

Maybe I’m just weird, from the start I didn’t like the trailers for Lightyear but everyone else saw something there I was completely missing.

People were probably paid to hype up the trailer, and by the numbers it didn’t work.

To remedy this, they made the Buzz Lightyear cartoon and after sometime, created a New Buzz Lightyear Movie

So in Toy Story’s universe, Buzz is basically American Godzilla.

So it would seem the creator of Helluva Boss is a Helluva Monster according to people that worked for her. Apparently there’s a history of her creating a toxic work environment and turning her back on people that helped her.

Probably not. Hell, she fits right in with most modern showrunners it would seem.

The Netflix She-Ra cartoon is objectively better than the original in every possible way. It’s not even a debate.

I still think the original has merits.

The animation in the new Beavis and Butthead movie is stilted and kinda jerky.
Still pretty funny though.
