Monty Python - Constitutional Peasant, Witch Burning, Camelot Song, French Castle, Brave Sir Robin, The Knights Who Say “Nii” and Sir Lancelot & Swamp
From the soundtrack for the British comedy troupe’s 1975 film “The Holy Grail”. The soundtrack’s official title is “The Album of the Soundtrack of the Trailer of the Film Mounty Python and the Holy Grail”, and is comprised mostly of edited skits and dialogue bits from the film (with some of the musical segments, but few and far between) interspersed with material centering around a fictional screening of the film at the “Classic Silbury Hill Theatre (Silbury Hill is in fact a prehistoric chalk mound in Wiltshire). Even without the visuals, still some funny material that well represents the film and the troupe’s legacy!

Spooky Tooth & Pierre Henry - Have Mercy, Confession, Prayer, Hosanna and Shine a Light On Me (Bonus track recorded during the sessions for the album)
From “Ceremony: An Electronic Mass”, a 1969 Electronic/Avant-rock collaboration by the English (From Carlisle, Cumberland) Hard/Blues rock band with the aforementioned composer (From Paris, France). This is considered Spooky Tooth’s most devisive album among fans and critics alike… it was conceived with the theme of a Roman Catholic mass blending the two styles of music associated with the band and their collaborator. It wasn’t received well upon released, as was considered a factor in the band’s initial breakup (Until “The Last Puff”, their 1970 album with an updated band lineup). Let me tell you all, this album is equal parts fascinating and batshit insane!, and the band ended up regretting it. The concept wasn’t wholly original (The American Psychedelic band the Electric Prunes released a similar album, “Mass In F Minor”, in 1968), but the general feel of the album was something that was hardly done at all before. It is not for the casual music listener - I’d say you must keep an open mind about the album’s religious theme, and have somewhat of an understanding for experimental music. I concur with Allmusic - I’d give this album three stars, maybe three and a half at best. For people who are curious about what band truly stands for, their brand of Heavy rock, I recommend It’s All About, Spooky Two and The Last Puff. And also possibly Witness.

From the first live album by the Australian (From Sydney) Hard rock band, “If You Want Blood You’ve Got It (1978)
An absolutely blistering set documenting AC/DC’s Bon Scott period, at a concert which took place at The Apollo in Glasgow, Scotland in April 1978. Truly terrific!

The Nashville Teens - Tobacco Road, Mona, TNT, Bread And Butter, How Deep Is The Ocean, Devil-In-Law, Soon Forgotten and Looking For You
From “The Best Of The Nashville Teens (1964-1969)”, a 1993 compilation CD of music by the English (From Weybridge, Surrey*) Beat group, who were a part of the British Invasion movement of the early-mid 1960s.
Many of the group’s members over the course of their tenure went on to join other notable acts such as Eric Burdon & The Animals, The New Vaudeville Band (Of “Winchester Cathedral” fame), Renaissance and Manfred Mann’s Earth Band
*Definitely not the actual Nashville, TN, despite their name
