Somehow, smashing old empty beers outside the yard really does help manage and relieve anger but people outside would often judge me as a deranged drunken psychopath.


 
This is why i fear for my future that someday I might end up behind the bars or for a long time or strapped tightly in a straight jacket in a mental hospital due to my sudden violent behaviour.


 
I'm a broken man.
