I actually really like the way that Telltale is playing Joker. Just an obviously unhinged guy who has a certain obsession. Not violent, or murderous, or even all that hateful… just the hint that he could be something far worse, if you pushed the wrong buttons. It’s quite entertaining.

not to spoil anything but yeah john does something in episode 4 that well be the big deciding point of were he goes next in life.

I love that Harley is the one in charge so far. She’s clearly at this point more psychotic than Joker. I wonder how Bruce will get out of the mess he’s gotten into, giving away his secrets and such.

honestly, i could live if the whole game was just telltale’s bruce, joker and harley sitcom.

I think the KOTOR playthrough might kill me but I can’t quit watching.

It might kill me through boredom but I’m invested now, so I can’t stop. You don’t go 40 parts into an LP and just stop, after all.
 
And is there like a goddamn Monster Hunter LP starting? Christ I can’t wait to hear endless blathering from Pat about the lore and how to play properly.

Oh dear god.

So I know Woolie said he hoped there isn’t anybody watching their Shadow of the Colossus LP who’s seeing the game for the first time, but I’m one of those people. I never had even the remotest interest in it when I was younger, and even now I’m kind of just like “meh.” It reminds me too much of LoZ, which I also have almost zero interest in.

OK no, you know what? I’m on board with this Shadow of the Colossus LP now. That game is fucking gorgeous, and you can tell the amount of work Team ICO put into it. The horse, Agro, is amazing and one of the most well-realized horses I’ve ever seen in a video game. The UI is minimal and the game doesn’t bombard you with stupid hand-holding tutorials and calls to connect to your social media accounts. On top of all that, the colossi feel majestic and noble and I genuinely feel bad for them when they die. They feel like these great, noble beasts that should be respected.

I am becoming tempted to play Detroit for myself.
