When I was going through 4th through 6th grade, I hated the church bells going off on the way to the chapel (Private school). They were loud and went off when I least expected them to. I felt like Venom in Spiderman 3. Eventually, they convinced the bell guy to set off the bells until after I went inside, when I could anticipate them.

I’m still convinced the moon is going to fall.

I’m getting The Legend of Dragon flashbacks after reading that.

My parents used to infrequently take me to a store that was built inside of an large old greenhouse, they had an oil fired furnace that used to start unexpectedly, used to start hell out of me. 22 years later the heater is still there, I laugh about it now.

Are you a cat? I used to love lying in bed listening to the vacuum, found it to be very soothing.

I can relate though, my dad used to have a Vax wet and dry vac that he kept in a shed, I was terrified of it, sitting there, plotting some gruesome method of killing me. Weird I know but it gave me the creeps.

Water slides also used to scare me since I nearly drowned at the age of 11. Even today, I still feel a little uneasy around them even after the fact that I’ve learned to swim.
