Depends on when exactly they were pulled “before their deaths”. Goblin? Anytime before he tells his glider to stab Peter he’s fine. If he’s returned after he tells it? Well sucks to be Norman.
Ock? Anytime before he turns on his artificial sun. Maybe even a minute or so after, but anytime before the thing starts to run wild. After that then he needs to drown it…although one could make a case that now that he’s had some time to accept his sins he might not have to drown himself in the process.
Sandman? He’s fine. He was never slated to die. So as long as the spell isn’t a dick and, say, transports him to the exact moment he was a 50 foot sand golem and not put him on the ground then he’s fine.
Electro is another very dependent case. As long as he’s not returned to right before that final overload hitting his human body then he’s fine or when he’s off flying around or pulling electricity from the pylons or…
Lizard never died either, so the spell will have to be a real dick to drop Connors in an exact moment in his fight where his human body would not survive.
IIRC they each only remember up to when their respective final battles began.
