Sounds like a villain-Sue.
To be honest, I kinda tire of the whole "What if the good guy was bad/and vice-versa," trope, as it's been done to death. We see more "Superman goes bad" stories then normal ones frankly.
And I'm not talking about those "Super Dickery" fake-out covers from the Silver Age. At least, those are hilarious.
