I been cleaning all day, and i fixed a leaky water supply to the trailer, and cleaned the problems that caused. I threw away a bunch of junk that has just become a burden to my cleaning efforts.

I’ve thrown out my lower back a couple of times before, but this time was the worst. The lower spine isn’t meant to bend like that. Rehab is all you think about about when the pain goes beyond a certain threshold. Fortunately, I know just the trick. And guess what? It’s not fucking venturing deep into the hood for dope. It’s walking. And stretching. Working it out. Shaking off the rust.
12 hours ago, I could barely walk. I laid down in bed for several hours, then me and muh dog did a mile and change. At first I was shuffling like an old man, then gradually I worked toward my old stride. One step at a time. Now I’m confident I’m over the worst of it.
It’s truly amazing how a simple thing like walking can re-vitalize the body, even with a bad back.

Weather’s been hot and I’ve been busy. I got to play D&D for the first time in a month last night, and I got to ride my horse for the first time in weeks today.

My dog was laying next to me. For a lark I started saying her name over and over. She tackled me and knocked me over, and now she doesn’t want to get up.
She’s a good girl.

My mother is arranging me and my brother a passport this August 2. I will finally get to step out of this country for the first time in my life.
She wants to bring me to Hong Kong by 2024 for a vacation.
Give me at least a decent job, earn big money, and a social confidence (which I’m struggling to overcome because of my mental illness and social anxiety), I might be able to go whatever country I want to go worldwide.
I wanna visit Japan, Canada, or Switzerland.
