Okay here’s one we can all agree on. Next Gen “OCs” that are literally just reskins of canon characters. Like RD x Soarin’s son would have white fur and rainbow colored hair styled like his mother. I used these two as an example as it’s a ship I hate and it’s easy enough to filter out, all except those half assed recolor OCs.

People love to pretend that the series was always like 99% female, but even in the beginning there was a decent many background stallions. Just that the main focus was all female ponies so they had an intrinsic bias.

Look, I’ve been fans of series with like 1-3 female characters max and they also got 85% of fan ‘art’, often paired with the other 1-3 females. FiM having math to ‘back it up’ is about as flimsy as it gets. At least it lead to variety even back in the beginning.

What I was saying is, LGBT as a group isn’t a fetish. Being gay, bi or Lesbian isn’t a fetish.

As for deleting images, usually it’s for one of the main rules, or the artist doesn’t want it on the site.

I’m bi, but I would never associate myself with the LGBT crowd. Sure, it may not all be about sex, but sexual topics and themes are much too casual among those circles. It’s like hanging out with dude bros who won’t shut up about female body parts.

You probably have no idea how many LGBT people you run into on a daily basis.

If you’re looking for a very specific kind of gay you’ll find them, but there is so many more who look and act completely straight.

Gay ≠ LGBT flag wavers. I was talking about the latter. And yes, I am very certain that I ran into plenty of gay people without noticing, because, like me, they don’t advertise their sexual preferences with flags. Also, saying someone “acts straight” is a weird way to put it.

your correct about the people I don’t know who could very well be, sure. But when you have to deal with the people who make it as their personality, that’s where it becomes incredibly annoying to deal with. Reminds me of that one time I didn’t bother learning about this man, call him a dude because he is exactly male, and he loses his shit and goes “nooo you didn’t call me by my right pronouns noo!!” even though he cannot realistically expect anyone to know said pronouns. Thankfully he realized he fucked up, apologized, and then wasn’t a nuisance. Unfortunately due to a mix of mental illness and other factors, we get people who don’t apologize and just shitfling constantly, from both sides of course. I’ve had the great displeasure of seeing communities progressively grow shittier and more toxic just cause people are trying to “one up” another, or make a huge argument out of something unassuming like someone mentioning what they dislike about xyz or that they don’t like a game for xyz in that specific game’s hub.

As for the whole “you don’t know what the lgbtiqa+123.4983 means and all its inclusivity!!” I don’t really care, it’s just fad chasing and lolberts/drama. As for ethnic minorities, you got better ways to represent them, including actually doing their culture or showing off their countries flag/culture instead of lumping them in with gays and lesbians/transgender/etc. But yeah lord forbid that gays pretend they aren’t known for their excessive promiscuity and homosexual acts and want to pretend it’s just about “liking who you like” or whatever but lose their shit when they see a conservative married couple. But in the end, nobody should care about the lgbtqia22++-+ lolberts and the attentionbaiters, and other annoying garbage that shits up that community, since as the saying goes “a few bad apples are all it takes to ruin a communities perception”.
