I assume it’ll depend how often you use it as well as the tool set needed to do your workload.
 
Like I mentioned a few days ago, for me and my own dad, we used Photoshop quite a bit, but ended up moving away from it. We primarily work on MacOS, and found one program called Affinity Photo that did what we needed from Photoshop and just went with that.
 
It’ll depend what your seeking to do, but yeah, it’s nice to see CC has some optimisation in terms of its memory.
