I’d like to correct something. It’s moreso EQG!Fluttershy being in the spotlight which sorta provokes it. We’ve all been there at one point or another.

It’s still not entirely analogous. In EqG Fluttershy is singing in a group. It’s a lot easier to be motivated to do something when all of your friends are doing it too.

I think you are confusing one Fluttershy with another.

As some people have mentioned, even in the show proper Fluttershy is okay with public performance at some times and deathly afraid of it at others. They don’t make an effort to be consistent about this, they merely try to be funny, and as MezzoDragon said, they do whatever is convenient for the story. Of course, the notion that she’s only pretending to be shy is nonsense.
 
You know what I really preferred? The way she was in Green Is Not Your Color. She disliked being in the public eye, and it made her nervous, but she still behaved like a perfectly sane adult. Subsequent seasons have exaggerated her characteristics, just as they have the other five.

Same personality does not mean having the same behavior toward a similar situation especially in an alternate dimension with different experiences and biological settings,just like everyone has already mentioned.Its obvious and someone who wasn’t trying to act smart while ripping Equestria girls would see it.

I guess more proof that EG Fluttershy and FiM Fluttershy have similar, yet distinct personalities?

This is true for all the characters. The writers seem some traits of their established personalities, but only the ones that are convenient to the story of the episode.
