And again, the bubbles are originating from her, not from Jet, otherwise there would be more further up near Jets ear. But at this point I am done arguing with you, so why don’t we just agree to disagree and leave it at that.

I made you a little visual aid. Two bubbles are near his chin. One popped directly over his head. One is near her chin, having just popped, two above her head. By your own arguments combined with the flushed cheeks and body language, both are clearly being depicted as drunk. Jet is still an ass, he’s not, however, a rapist. Both were drunk, both had equal amounts of culpability for their own actions, one of them really hoped he could get her pregnant. No crime was committed in these images.
Whether they were drunk or what, the fact that Jet lied to Delta remains, and she doesn’t have to follow what Jet wants her to do since it wasn’t really what she wanted. People may say that she should take care of Apogee more cause she is ‘mother’, but Delta really doesn’t have to do anything with the filly, which is outcome of Jet’s lie, which is considered to Delta, was binding and hostage to keep her around Jet(which was true). So, while Delta doesn’t really hate Apogee cause she is not the reason who made Delta this way, but Jet is the reason. So, Jet is an arsehole, Delta has right to be angry, and poor Apogee is cute as F.

The bubbles are originating from her due to the placement, especially in regards to the one near her chin and the ones near the top of her mane, indicating that she is the only one fully drunk in this scenario. And again, I reiterate, there was nothing in his dialogue that indicated he planned for anything other then drinks.
But whether or not she knew that something might or might not happen later that night, that does not matter, for due to the fact that she was the only one drunk before sex happened, she could not legally consent to sex, therefore him seducing her into sex while she was drunk still counts as sexual assault due to the fact that she was mentally compromised. He may have thought what he was doing was right, but in the end he violated her, and you defending him makes light of that fact.
Now this image makes sense, given that I’ve had the chance to read from the beginning. Now… We wait. Wish there was a comic tag for the pages instead of having to do the “suggested” title thing.

Nah, it’s alive and well. I’d agree it had it’s heyday around 2014, but it still has around 1000 new stories submitted per day, and around half the daily traffic it used to during that same peak.
And no, 300 comments is not uncommon for a narrative driven story. University Days had 22 chapters and 5,977 comments. That’s an average of 277 comments per chapter.

Heh. Seriously, you have no idea. All you’re seeing is what reactions a well crafted narrative can bring out of readers. These responses are nothing compared to some of the comments sections you see on fimfiction.

… the placement of the bubbles are right between them, and one popped near Jet. You’re really kind of reaching to support this narrative in your head when you’re depending on the placement of cartoon bubble effects to support your case over clear body language.

By this point, they are college students shacking up together having worked on a project for months, possibly years. The idea that they hadn’t had drinks followed by relations on several occasions by then is naive at best. That would be why she wasn’t blushing, they’d done it before, he was just suggesting they do it again one last time.
But let’s follow on your first time narrative and examine it. Say they hadn’t by then. Delta is still a big girl, she’d likely had health classes, had a few talks with mom and dad, maybe even gone to some parties as a high school pone. Pretty sure a smart girl could figure out that getting drunk around a boy that is attracted to you can potentially lead to little pones in your future.
Delta is a sweet girl, she shouldn’t have ended up with this jerk who manipulated her. But you cheapen her by excusing her own responsibility. Dude didn’t hold her down, he seduced her. His future intentions aside, what happened was plain old fashioned romance with a dark intent on his part to hold her to him with emotional ties. If what he did was a crime, well, there’d be a lot more guys jailed after a night at a bar instead of getting married to the girl they just knocked up.

On that part you’re right, and honestly, I hope she figures herself out. She let this destroy her, when she should have sued him for everything he was worth. I’m a hopeless romantic, so I am still routing for some kind of happiness for little ponyo, and that kinda means mom and dad at least able to be in the same room together someday, but yeah, probably unrealistic to ever think she can forgive him. But maybe, eventually, she can come to terms with her life and take control of it again.

There’s an author on fimfiction by the name of P-Berry, shinodage has greenlit a few of their Delta and Jet fics as canon to this universe. Now I can’t remember exactly, but I think one that might fill in a bit of the gaps as to why Delta is where she is today is this one

By legal definition, due to her intoxication, Delta could not legally consent to sex, so by legal definition what Jet did to her would still be considered a Criminal Sex Act, regardless of the fact that they were in a relationship at the time.
