True, yelling at a recruit for not getting up at the exact same time as the other recruits is very different from yelling at someone who keeps their meat in a room temperature freezer
there’s a difference between army recruits and “professional” chefs serving tartar sauce that’s been expired for two years or Amy’s Baking Company
Bob Ross himself quit the army because of how much he hated that his occupation required him to scream at people. If that does not speak volumes of how counterproductive the drill sergeant approach is, I don’t know what will.
@mathprofbrony
Hell, during a special involving The Muppets, he does do the shouty boss bit in it but its censored a bit (Which makes sense, kids are watching).

he’s actually a pretty nice guy IRL, he just has no tolerance for idiots - and just as well he shouldn’t have, because being an idiot is one thing, but being the idiot that’s serving people food? c’mon now

Which no one appreciates. I will never understand this guy’s appeal.
he wouldn’t have to scream if the bass wasn’t FUCKING RAW
The reason he screams isn’t because he lacks restraint, but rather because he’s a practitioner of the drill sergeant strategy
“This tumor is so large THAT IT JUST CALLED ME DADDA!!”

It’s called the drill sergeant strategy, you break them down so you can build them back up again, better than before
Okay, I can see being angry with supposedly professional cooks who totally make a mess of things.
Makes me wish they did a show about a doctor who did that to other medicos who totally messed up. Seriously, it’s bad. Check out the study by Johns Hopkins. 250,000+ dead every year in the USA from medical malpractice!
“Well duh, I’m a griffon, I’m half cat!”
You can’t rebuild something without tearing it down first

This scene is a comedic skit from “The Late Late Show”. The woman is a talk-show host. Both of them are just acting.
Let it go!
I’ve had typos too, don’t worry about it…
