My main question is why is she in chains in a cell? Aside from the meta reasons, this just isn’t a thing.
Also, how do you magically suppress an individual whose horn appears at will? You’d need to do the whole structure, which means any pony guards are also suppressed. I sense a breakout in the near future, if she wasn’t such a goodie-goodie.
(Although… she has a very strong moral sense, so is this the incident that starts a rebellion against a clearly repressive regime?)
