Wait, doesn’t the expression “It’s untied” mean it was already untied before she reacted? Like if she forgot to tie it before going into the water.

Would be better if she only caught one rope, so one side fell down.
 
She throws back the ball so she can concentrate on tieing the bikini together; but AB/SL throws the ball back on Sweetie Belle, so she gets distracted and loses the grip. The bikini falls down halfway (as it’s still knotted on the other side). She now has to start over.

wardrobe malfunction – when something accidentally happens, like a knot getting untied.  
wardrobe misuse – when clothes are being worn incorrectly, like put on backwards.
 
I can’t find any information that Sweetie Belle did anything wrong initially, so it shouldn’t be misuse here.
